Seven files in this tranche (DEFE 31/182/1-188/1) contain copies of numerous UFO reports made by members of the public and submitted to MoD between April 1993 and July 1996. These reports are duplicates of papers from tranche #4 of the UFO files, released by The National Archives in August 2009 (DEFE 24/1959/1-1961/1 and DEFE 24/1974/1-76/1 on the webpage)

The NLPI team have been busy with research into UFO's.

It is now quite clear to us that this matter needs to be opened up to the public and taken out of the realms of DEFENCE and TOP SECRET.  - If UFO's dont exist then why is it secret!

Upon examining every piece of UFO footage we could get and also studying reports, I have come to the conclusion that We are being visited by inteligent life.  The craft seem to be on a reconnaissance many around airforce bases.  Are they noting out millitary installations for targeting later? If so? Why have they not targeted us before?

One of the video footage and report we studied has proved that UFO's have in the past, disabled Nuclear weapons and rockets recently lanched.

"It is my belief that the intelligent life that is visiting us is part of a larger community from space. We will never be accepted in that community as we are a Destructive race - We are destroying the planet we live on and we are killing each other.  We need to change our ways NOW! I mean would you welcome "The human Race" to you community knowing that we are violent and destructive and Hell bent on getting our hands on UFO technology (Stealing it), for the purposes of WAR againts other Human Beings."

Our visitors have never displayed any aggressiopn or hostile intent! Indeed the Massive UFO that was witnessed in Phoenix, Arizona made its witnesses feel calm and did not fear at all!
